Lady Cholmondeley, wife of the late 6th Marquess, lives here today, whilst her son David, the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley, lives at Houghton Hall in Norfolk, which also opens to the public during the season. He divides his time between Cheshire and Norfolk.
