The Chester store is our newest. Opened in 1998 in the Ancient Roman City it is situated on the ground floor beneath the famous medieval `Rows`. The historical city centre has two multi-story car parks both within 2 minutes walk from our store and there are two park and ride facilities outside of the city centre. We have changing room facilities and our staff are known for their friendly and relaxed approach to our customers.
Chester has in more recent times, become known for its location setting used within Channel 4`s `Hollyoaks` TV programme. The Rock Bottom store has frequently featured in scenes for the show and the wardrobe department has bought and used some of our fashions for use within the programme.
We have been profiled in `Closer`magazine as part of an article titled "The Hollyoaks Trail" and described as "a hidden gem within Chester, great for affordable fashion."
