And several other small Cheshire units - some now long retired (often from bigger corps of the Army). We also remember the important role of the women of the Regiments and the lives of those who were left behind when the men left home to fight. Don't miss the museum's newly expanded shop, with a range of gifts for all the family. The shop was developed with advice from Marcus Chase of Chase Associates, arranged through the Skills Bank, supported by Deloitte & Touche." We are in the Castle Square next to the Law Courts. To find us from the town centre, walk down Grosvenor Street, past the museum. And we're just at the end, you can see the castle from there, then across the road and beyond the trees. Displays of silk maps, commemorative handkechiefs, parachute silk etc. Entry to West Park Museum is free. West Park museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 1.30 to 4.30pm (November to March: 1 to 4 pm.)
