Although just a short journey from the historic walled City of Chester, we are located in the idyllic gateway village of Rossett, surrounded by the superb countryside of North Wales and the Cheshire plain, yet only minutes from the market town of Wrexham and the motorway network.
Built around 1770 this Grade I listed building was the country seat of the Boydell family. John Boydell (1719 - 1804) was an Engraver and Publisher by trade and became an Alderman and Mayor of London 1790.
The Hotel has 30 bedrooms all en-suite with bath and shower, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and colour television with satellite, teletext and radio stations. We have three Conference Suites, each with their own breakout rooms. Allington Suite Capacity 120 delegates, Boydell Suite Capacity 70 delegates and a smaller room the Burton Suite Capacity 14.
