King street is a narrow cobbled road off Northgate Street leading to the busy modern ring road. The entrance to King Street is flanked by two pubs, the Pied Bull and the Red Lion. King Street comes out onto the modern busy ring road opposite the old infirmary site which is now a modern housing development. You can walk to the left to the Crowne Plaza Hotel or to the right and join the Walls at Morgan's Mount.
The Chester Town House
