In addition to all the above the leisure pool is open at the following extra times during the main school breaks.

Northgate Arena Swimming Timetable
Northgate Arena Leisure Pool
Open from 12noon weekdays and 10am weekends, with extended hours on school holidays.
Unlike the sterile atmosphere of a rigid lane pool, the Northgate Arena boasts a freeform leisure pool that incorporates a six lane 25 metre area,
commencing with a beach section and gradually deepening to reach a depth of 3.2 metres; shallow enough for young families to have fun in while sufficient
for the more confident swimmer.
Northgate Arena Training Pool
With the more serious swimmer, lessons and fitness classes in mind, this pool has been specifically designed to a max of 1.2 metres in depth.
A four lane, 25 metre swimming facility that gives more options and choices.
