Frodsham Street Car Park is a Council owned disabled car park before 6pm offering free 4 hour parking for blue badge holders. And normal pay and display parking after. It has easy access to Frodsham Street. Bell Tower Walk is accessible by steps to the City Walls. Abbey Square and Chester Cathedral are accessible via a ramp and the doorway at the Kaleyard Gate.
News
January 2019 - The entrance and exit roads have been reversed.
January 2020 - New Pay and Display ticket machines have been installed for General Public Pay and Display Parking after 6pm.
