Sumptuous and serene, the Brasserie is classically modern. Or contemporarily traditional, whichever you prefer. Either way it’s a little bit unconventional and a lot bit gorgeous. The meals are divine anyway, but the surroundings simply make life taste better. Serving lunch, informal afternoon tea and dinner every day, the Brasserie becomes a VIP room for the bar at weekends, after dinner.
Michelin star chef Richard Philips has come to Oddfellows waving the flag for British Cuisine. “We will source the best local, seasonal produce for Oddfellows and show everybody how ‘great’ a British menu can be. My reputation is built on quality and I do not accept anything other than the best in my restaurants. It is a testament to the achievements in British agriculture and farming that our food offering can be centered on home grown produce that supports the local economy, and it tastes fantastic. My new kitchen team will continue to offer the very highest standards of service.”
Inviting and friendly, The Pantry’s contemporary yet slightly eccentric design will delight those who visit. Relax in a high back gold chair under suspended tea cup lights and watch the world go by as you dine. This all day bistro is the perfect meeting place for friends and colleagues alike to call in at any time for a quick bite or just a coffee break from shopping.
Serving mouth watering dishes daily, The Brasserie is the place to be to enjoy delectable food in the most enriching of environments. Its interior exudes a relaxed sophistication and charm.
Choose to sit on the oversized Chesterfield or overlooking the garden, The Brasserie is the ideal venue to indulge your culinary appetite.
Oddfellows is one of the few venues in Chester that offers alfresco dining and drinking facilities. Within our walled garden there’s a vast array of spaces to relax away from the hubbub of the city. Enjoy a drink all year round in one of our heated Bedouin tents or while the hours away the hours in the Miami glamour styled area by the blue tiled pool.
No matter what season it is the Bedouin Tents are always in demand. Located at the end of the garden, looking back towards the grand house, they offer a sense of Middle Eastern delight. Draw back the curtains in the summer to appreciated the shade, or close them in the winter, with the inbuilt heater on full for your very own private cosy snug.
Oddfellows offers a full event management service for weddings, Birthday celebrations, christenings, conferences, exclusive events. Our bedrooms are fabulous and cater to your every need.
