The first exhibition featured just 30 exhibitors and attracted 2000 visitors;
in 2008 we are expecting to attract 300 exhibitors and in ecxess of 22,000 visitors.

A two day festival incorporating a Carnival on the Saturday & the usual transport parade on the Sunday this year celebrating 75 years of ERF. On the Saturday we have a Carnival parade, a hovercraft display, a monkey march in conjunction with Caudwell Children where many of the local nursery school children are participating,a staged RTA involving all the emergency services, football skills, a landrover display, marching bands,fire cadet display,ATC cadet display, truck pull competition, garden festival in the park celebrating Cheshire Year of the Garden,Suberu Rally Car, Clowns/Circus Workshop, Live music,hog roast, market stalls, charity stalls,cheshire police band, morris dancers,craft stalls, kids funfair, climbing wall,sit on train ride in the park, fire station open day,crown green bowling competition,art exhibition,crowning of the festival princess,london bus rides plus much more. On the Sunday we have the usual new and vintage vehicle parade this year celebrating 75 years of ERF. We hop to have 200 vehicles on display from vintage bicycles and cars to the very latest DAF XF 105. Also planned are market stalls, craft stalls, charity stalls, live music,a hog roast on the cobbles, hovercraft rides, fire station open day, kids funfair, garden festival in the park, art exhibition, town criers competition on the cobbles, climbing wall, london bus rides, park and ride, sit on train ride in the park plus much more.
