Brown's Yard is a small NCP Car Park located in the centre of Chester behind Foregate Street accessible from the start of the Ring Road near the Mill Hotel via Bold Place. Access to the City Centre is via a small passageway to the side of the Old Queens Head Pub onto Foregate Street
