The menu launches this week at Restaurant 1539 with new dishes added for Autumn/Winter. The menu integrates local seasonal vegetables and locally supplied meats perfect for this time of year, including Warm tart of roasted English beetroot, melted Monk’s Folly Cheese, and Roast haunch of Eaton Estate venison with shallots, glazed turnips, walnut oil and grapes.
In addition to the extensive menu we have a daily lunch special for £10.50, an ideal escape from the hustle of the office or the bustle of the city centre to the beautiful, tranquil surroundings of 1539 overlooking the racecourse.
